We are recruiting for a beautiful Parisian company, an M&A Director H/F.

Missions:

– Lead review tools/processes for M&A landscaping activities,

– Identify value creating ideas and help build M&A pipeline,

– Implement active surveillance program including tracking of key scientific, commercial, financial data and significant value inflection points to ensure proactive assessments are timed appropriately,

– Pilot preliminary assessment of targets, including but not limited to overall strategic fit, investment thesis, business case, key due diligence topics and preliminary financial valuation,

– Lead deep dive cross functional assessments of M&A targets in coordination with internal stakeholders,

– Prepare recommendations and supporting documentation for Deal Committee approval Monitor, evaluate, present key insights from competitors M&A transactions.

Profil :

You have significant experience in M&A. You have negotiating skills and have a large network. Finally, you like working in a team.
